1. 事業者1. Who we are

biscuit inc.（東京都新宿区新宿3-32-10）が、本サービスにおける個人情報の取扱い事業者です。個人情報保護管理者は代表者の小林真比古です。 biscuit inc. (3-32-10 Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Japan) is the controller of personal data for this Service. Our data protection manager is our representative, Mahiko Kobayashi.

2. 取得する情報2. What we collect

アカウント情報Account	メールアドレス、パスワード（暗号化して保存し、当社が元のパスワードを知ることはできません）Your email address and password (stored hashed — we cannot read your original password)
お客様が登録した内容What you enter	作家名、作品名、制作年、サイズ、技法、価格、保管場所、入手先、メモ、作品画像、資料ファイルArtist, title, year, size, medium, price, location, source, notes, images and documents
決済情報Payment	Stripe が処理します。当社がクレジットカード番号を受け取ることも、保存することもありません。当社が保持するのは、Stripe の顧客ID、契約状態、次回の請求日のみです。Handled by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number. We keep only your Stripe customer ID, your subscription status, and your next billing date.
技術的な情報Technical	IPアドレス、ブラウザの種類、アクセス日時（不正アクセスの防止と障害の調査のため）IP address, browser type, and access times — to prevent abuse and investigate faults

当社は、行動追跡のためのクッキーや広告用のトラッキングツールを一切使用していません。使用しているのは、ログイン状態と言語設定を保持するための、機能上必要な保存領域のみです。 We use no behavioural-tracking cookies and no advertising trackers. We store only what is functionally necessary: your sign-in session and your language preference.

3. 利用目的3. Why we use it

• 本サービスを提供し、お客様のデータを保存・表示するためTo run the Service and to store and display your data
• お客様が作成した共有リンクを通じて、選ばれた作品を表示するためTo show selected works to people you send a share link to
• 料金を請求するためTo charge you
• 重要なお知らせ（無料期間の終了、料金の改定、障害、規約の変更）をお送りするためTo send you important notices: the end of your free period, price changes, outages, and changes to these terms
• 不正アクセスを防ぎ、障害の原因を調べるためTo prevent abuse and investigate faults

上記以外の目的には使用しません。とくに、お客様データを広告、宣伝、機械学習の学習、統計の販売に用いることはありません。 We use it for nothing else. In particular, we do not use your data for advertising, marketing, machine-learning training, or selling statistics.

4. 第三者への提供4. Who we share it with

当社は、お客様データを第三者に販売しません。本サービスを動かすために、以下の事業者に必要な範囲で取り扱いを委託しています。 We do not sell your data. To run the Service, we use the following processors:

Supabase	データベースと画像の保管（米国 Supabase Inc.）Database and file storage (Supabase Inc., USA)
Cloudflare	サイトの配信（米国 Cloudflare, Inc.）Website delivery (Cloudflare, Inc., USA)
Stripe	決済処理（米国 Stripe, Inc.）Payment processing (Stripe, Inc., USA)
Resend	メールの送信（米国 Resend, Inc.）Sending email (Resend, Inc., USA)

上記のほか、法令にもとづき開示を求められた場合に限り、必要な範囲で提供することがあります。 Beyond these, we disclose data only where required by law, and only to the extent required.

5. 外国にある第三者への提供（越境移転）5. International transfers

上記の委託先はいずれも米国に所在します。したがって、お客様の個人データは米国に移転され、同国のサーバーに保存されます。米国は日本と同等の水準の個人情報保護制度を有すると認められている国ではありませんが、各社は標準契約条項（SCC）等にもとづく保護措置を講じています。各社の制度に関する情報は、各社のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。 All of the processors above are located in the United States. Your personal data is therefore transferred to and stored in the US. The US is not recognised as having a data protection regime equivalent to Japan's, but each processor applies safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Please see each processor's privacy policy for details of their regime.

6. 安全管理6. How we protect it

• 通信はすべて暗号化されています（TLS）。保存されたデータも暗号化されています。All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Stored data is encrypted at rest.
• 作品の画像と資料は非公開の保管庫に置かれ、一時的な署名付きURLを通じてのみ表示されます。URL を推測して他人のデータにアクセスすることはできません。Images and documents live in a private bucket and are shown only through short-lived signed URLs. Nobody can reach another user's files by guessing a URL.
• データベースには行レベルのアクセス制御を設定しており、他のお客様のデータにアクセスすることはできません。Row-level security means one customer cannot reach another customer's data.
• パスワードは暗号化して保存され、当社が元の値を知ることはできません。Passwords are hashed; we cannot read them.
• ログイン画面には自動化された攻撃を防ぐ仕組み（CAPTCHA）を設けています。The sign-in screen is protected against automated attacks (CAPTCHA).

正直にお伝えします。当社の管理者は、システムの運用上、データベースの内容を技術的には閲覧できる状態にあります。当社はこれを、お客様からの依頼にもとづく調査、または法令にもとづく場合以外には行いません。将来的には、当社にも中身が読めない方式（エンドツーエンド暗号化）の導入を検討しています。 To be straight with you: for operational reasons, our administrators are technically able to view the contents of the database. We do so only when you ask us to investigate something, or when required by law. We are considering end-to-end encryption, which would make the contents unreadable even to us.

7. 保存期間7. How long we keep it

• アカウントが有効な間は、お客様データを保存します。While your account is active, we keep your data.
• お客様が作品を削除した場合、30日間ゴミ箱に保持したうえで完全に消去します。When you delete a work, we keep it in the trash for 30 days, then erase it permanently.
• 退会された場合、30日後にお客様データを消去します。If you delete your account, we erase your data after 30 days.
• サービスを終了する場合、終了から90日後に消去します。If we discontinue the Service, we erase data 90 days after the end date.
• 取引の記録は、法令にもとづき必要な期間保存します。We keep transaction records for as long as the law requires.

8. お客様の権利8. Your rights

お客様は、ご自身の個人情報について、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止、第三者提供の停止を求めることができます。作品データについては、いつでも画面上で編集・削除でき、CSV で書き出すこともできます。それ以外のご請求は info@biscuitgallery.com までご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認のうえ、遅滞なく対応します。 You may ask us to disclose, correct, add to, delete, or stop using your personal data, and to stop sharing it with third parties. You can edit and delete your works yourself at any time, and export everything as CSV. For anything else, email info@biscuitgallery.com. We will verify your identity and respond without delay.

9. 本ポリシーの変更9. Changes to this policy

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、変更後の内容をこのページに掲載します。お客様に重大な影響を与える変更については、30日前までにメールでお知らせします。 If we change this policy, we will post the new version here. For changes that materially affect you, we will email you at least 30 days beforehand.
